We are people. People of common ground, common likes and common dislikes, with common ups & downs. We are a people of common need for an uncommon love from an uncommon God. We are a community of faith. We are a body of people who have put their faith in God through the expression of His son Jesus Christ.
We exist to love God and to love people. So guess what? We love you. Just the way you are. That's how Christ loves each of us. The amazing thing is this: The more we begin to love Him back the more our lives are changed and we are conformed into His image. We believe the bible is true. That it is God's word and it still has the power to change lives.
Our prayer today is that you feel loved. First and foremost by the Love of God and then by the love of normal people who have had a life-changing encounter with the living God
This is who we are!
What To Expect:
People who have attended Common Ground Church use words like "creative, real, authentic, and encouraging" to describe their experiences. If you come, you will find a passionate worship style with a mix of hymns and choruses. We have a "break it down and bring it home" message for real people. Our teaching is authentic and connective. Most of all, our heartbeat is to love God and love People.
People from every walk of life make this their home. Though we are from different ethnic, economic, and personal backgrounds, we find Common Ground when we come together.
